New ranking system

Hello all lovely, shady people of the Lullaby! Upon my return in March I will make changes to the ranking system. The new ranks will apply IC'ly and will be a title you may use for yourself, should you wish to do so.

Another change is that the hierarchy system will apply IC as well as OOC.

Master - Guildmaster
Adept - Officer
Shadowmage, Demonologist, Felweaver - Specified scholar ranks
Warlock - Unspecified scholar rank. This rank is as high-ranked as the specified ranks, only unspecified. This is also the rank that rookie-locks get before they know what they want and what they're good at.
Minion - Servants and Guards
Neophyte - Trials

Thus far it seems that we only have Neophytes and Warlocks, with Kerrei being forever alone as the single fully ranked Minion at the moment. Any idea when are the other ranks going to be implemented?
